Improved Quote Parts Sort Order

To assist with parts selection, PartsTrader has added a new feature in the Quote Selection Tool that automatically sorts quoted parts. Repairers will now see quoted parts sorted by List Price under the Insurer Best selection or by Repairer Margin under the Repairer Best selection.
